Our SHE Director (Safety, Health, and Environment) ensures that all staff members receive full inductions, comprehensive training, and ongoing Continuous Professional Development (CPD) opportunities. This allows everyone to actively engage in maintaining a strong and collaborative Health & Safety framework.

We ensure that all employees are provided with the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and are involved in the creation of Risk Assessments and Method Statements. Moreover, every substance we use is thoroughly COSHH assessed and supported by readily accessible Material Data Sheets.

Each of our team members receives a comprehensive Company Handbook that contains all necessary Health and Safety documentation as well as our Company Rules and Regulations. Furthermore, all of our site operatives hold the Engineering Services Skillcard, ensuring that they meet the highest industry standards.

Regular training reviews are conducted to assess and implement new initiatives, keeping our teams equipped with the latest knowledge and skills. This commitment to continuous improvement allows us to maintain exceptional safety and operational standards.
