Good morning, could you please pass on our thanks to the Engineers working on our site, they have completed the project in a very timely fashion and the quality of the job is excellent.

Ian – thanks for all the effort you and Dean have put in this week in allowing us to return the fuelling machine to service last night, this push ensured we stick to the currently fuel route programme up until our stat outage. The conditions and long hours weren’t great but it has been acknowledged by the powers higher up the effort Lunar has put in to complete this scope of work and good feedback has been received.

I have had a safety walkdown on the Quad Protection install. This was carried out by myself on the lads to confirm their understanding of the E & M safety rules and procedural use and adherence. The team responded well to the questions and this reflected on their good work area standards and on the skills expected of a nuclear professional.

I wanted to say thank you to the lads who recently completed the install of heating in building 15, The work they did is excellent and the way they conducted them selves on site as always is a credit to Lunar.

I know you don’t always get to see the way your engineers work on site but I wanted to highlight how hard they worked whilst here. They never stopped and the quality of the workmanship is an absolute credit.
